An evening for those who appreciate the finer pairings. 🍷

Introducing Perfectly Paired, an intimate six-course wine pairing dinner at M on High in Moorpark, Friday, August 21.

Six courses. Seven wines. One carefully curated evening, featuring pairings from Schramsberg, Schloss Vollrads, Far Niente, Epoch, Opus One, Patrimony and Sandeman.

The evening begins with Akami Bluefin Tuna Tartar paired with Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut, followed by Ossetra Imperial Caviar with 2022 Schloss Vollrads Estate Riesling.

As the evening unfolds, guests will experience pairings including 2023 Far Niente Chardonnay and 2020 Epoch Tempranillo before arriving at one of the evening’s most anticipated courses:

Black Opal Australian Wagyu Hanger Steak
with a side-by-side tasting of
2021 Opus One + 2020 Patrimony Cabernet Franc.

The evening concludes with Choux au Craquelin and Sandeman 30 year Port.
